As part of compliance with Colorado HB22-1049, the Institute of Modern Beauty Centennial has established policies for transcript, diploma, and certificate requests related to outstanding tuition balances.

Key Policy Points:

  1. Transcript Holds – Students with past-due tuition or financial aid balances may have a hold placed on transcripts, diplomas, or certificates.
  2. Exemptions – Documents may still be released if needed for job applications, transfer to another school, financial aid, or military service.
  3. Procedures – Students must submit documentation for exemptions. The school will respond within seven business days.
  4. Registration Holds – Enrollment may be restricted for students with unpaid balances.
  5. Payment Plans – Students can contact education@lashandcompany.com to arrange manageable payment solutions.
  6. Complaints – Concerns related to HB22-1049 may be directed to the Colorado Student Loan Ombudsperson at CSLSA@coag.gov.
